Cancellation and Payment Policy

 

Scheduling, cancellation, and payment terms will be agreed upon individually with each client prior to the commencement of services. Ceci Cares reserves the right to require reasonable notice for cancellations.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Ceci Cares services shall be first addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
